GRANTS REQUEST

The Healthcare Foundation has an active grants committee that meets five times annually to review all SMH grants above $100k, as well as all other Sarasota County not-for-profit healthcare organization grant requests. SMH grants below $100k are reviewed on a rolling basis. Please use the appropriate links below to submit a funding request.
