Carl W. Battle was Sr. VP & Chief Patent Counsel for GlaxoSmithKline, and managed GSK’s global patent and intellectual property portfolio. He received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctorate degree with honors from Widener University School of Law and has written several legal and business books. Carl serves as Chairman of Gamma Xi Boulé Foundation and joined the Healthcare Foundation board in January 2022.
