Michael Klein was a teacher in Maryland before moving to Detroit, Mich. He worked for the Ogden Corporation before starting his own metal and steel businesses. Michael and his wife, Marcy, are the directors of the Marcy and Michael Klein Foundation. He is the past chairman of the Ringling College of Art and Design Board of Trustees and is involved in numerous other businesses. Michael is a graduate of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, earning bachelor’s and master’s degrees. He joined the Healthcare Foundation board in 2024.
